Tenant:  Why did you send these legal papers to me?

Me:  It’s for unpaid rent. You haven’t paid the rent.

Tenant:  I’m very busy!  I don’t have time for this!  I can’t believe you expect me to stop everything and pay the rent!  This is crazy!
