Real life took some precedence over the blog this week but I’m back with plenty more stories of crazy tenants, weird landlord and my own stupid antics!

This is all new to me and I’ve just been writing things down as they come to me.  I’ll think that I’m hitting a dry spell on stories and then something will happen and it’ll remind me of yet another story.  It was really foggy last week and visibility was really terrible on the roads and that reminded me of a tenant who wanted rent relief because of the fog!  I was in an elevator the other day and someone commented that people going to the second floor on the elevator should use the stairs and not be so lazy…I agreed as I got off on the second floor (Dang! My feet hurt in my pretty shoes!) and it reminded me of an elevator story.  So yeah, I’ve got plenty more.  Plus my friends who are still stuck in property management purgatory (otherwise known as employment) have been sharing their stories too.
