Tenant:  I don’t like taking the elevator up to my office on the second floor.  Is there any other way to get upstairs?

Me:  You could take the stairs.

Tenant:  No, I don’t like doing that either.  Is there any other way?

Me:   Any other way to get upstairs?  No.  Sorry.  That’s it.

Tenant:  You’re not very helpful.  I’m disappointed with you.

I was left speechless with that.  What was I supposed to do?  Offer to piggyback him up the stairs?  Let down my hair from the window so he could climb up?  Get a crane to haul him up there? Shoot him out of a cannon?  Oh wait…that has some merit.
